The Orchard - Get Involved

  • Attend the Sunday morning Orchard Presentation in Fellowship Hall. Each Sunday morning The Orchard convenes in Fellowship Hall on the lower level. Coffee is served immediately after the 8:30 am service and the day’s presenatation begins at 9:45 am.  All members of Normandale are encouraged to join us. Each Sunday morning session includes distribution of an outline of the day’s presentation and a series of discussion questions which are for personal reflection and also serves to structure discussion group interaction during the week following.
  • Join a Discussion Group. Each week small discussion groups meet to review members’ responses to the discussion questions. These groups also engage in corporate prayer and become Small Christian communities growing in knowledge of their faith and mutual support.
To join a discussion group, please contact Sharon Strand, Orchard Administrator. Her email address is sharon@normluth.org. Call the church office at 952 929 1697 and leave her a message.
  • Form your own Discussion Group. Normandale members are encouraged to form their own weekly discussion groups. It can be family members or a group of friends, for example. Such groups are encouraged to participate in an entire five week series but also can meet to discuss a single week’s presentation. The only requirement would be that group members all join in the Sunday morning presentation to be discussed.

For more information contact the Church Office at 952.929.1697
