Blessing Place

Important registration information

Extended care registration begins first day of each session.

Current Families & Normandale Church members begin:
Online registration: January 1, 2010 OR Walk in: January 5, 2010

Families who attend Normandale Preschool begin registration: January 26, 2010.

Community registration begins: January 28, 2010.

The Blessing Place incorporates a Christian-based curriculum especially designed for this age group. The Blessing Place Programs will be professionally staffed starting this year Monday thru Friday mornings beginning in September. The program runs from September to May.

Infants up to 18 months are welcome in the Blessing Place Babies. Staffing ratio will be 4 infants to 1 attendant.

18 months to 3 1/2 years old will participate in Blessing Place. Staffing ratio will be 7 children to 1 attendant.

* NEW- Families registering for two or more sessions will receive a $5 monthly discount per session.

* A $50 non-refundable registration fee per student is due for each session.

Our guiding principle commands us to teach and nurture empathy, caring, helping, sharing in a manner appropriate for their age group.  Our focus in this is to enable children to grow into caregivers of others and caretakers of the earth.

We believe that children are curious, imaginative and creative.  They learn through exploration and discovery.  Because they are made in the image of the Creator, they have the power to express their own ideas in a safe and loving environment. 

Our school is located on the first level of Normandale Lutheran Church.  They are rooms decorated for our littlest friends with tot-sized bathrooms, bright colorful classrooms with lots of windows. We enjoy a large, indoor gym.
