NLCF Executive Committee:

Oversees management of the Foundation between Board meetings; assists Staff Director in achieving the Foundation’s vision and long-range planning goals.

NLCF Finance Committee:

Provides oversight of the Foundation’s fiscal management; supervises Bremer Bank’s management of Foundation funds.

NLCF Nominating and Leadership Development:

Facilitates the leadership development of Board members; plans, conducts, and executes annual nominating process for new Board members and Board Officers.

NLCF Grants Committee:

Reviews grant applications and makes funding recommendations to the Board of Directors; conducts site visits and meets with representatives seeking funds to screen grant requests and/or insure accountability for results achieved by ministry programs that receive funding from the Foundation.

NLCF Planned Giving Committee:

Assists the Staff Director in planning and executing the Planned Giving program among Normandale members in support of the Foundation.

NLCF Marketing and Communications Committee:

Advances the Foundation’s mission and vision by developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies to increase the visibility of the Foundation within the congregation and deepen the engagement of current Church members as volunteers and donors.
