2012 promises to be an exciting year for the Center! We invite you to be part of it.

What’s coming up. . .

Expanded Foot Care —A Podiatrist will be providing additional foot care services, allowing seniors to bill Medicare two or three times per year, as needed.

Healthy Moves —A new home-based visit to address mobility/balance to "age in place"

Partners in Care Electronic Resource Tool —An Internet repository of resources available to sons and daughters, grandchildren, and other adults helping aging parents.

Senior Health Coaches —A new type of volunteer who checks in by phone about twice a month to talk with an elder about his/her goals (please call if you are interested).

“Let’s Talk” —Tips and Insights from Geriatrician, Dr. Sharon Marx—Sharon will be providing these "Chat Sessions" every quarter.
