Kids' Night out Registrations 2011-2012

• Registration is accepted the Monday following the last Kids' Night Out. (ex. registrations will be accepted starting September 13th for the October 9th night out.
• Please fill out a registration form for each child. A new form is needed for each night attending.
• If you are reserving for a year of nights, you only need to register once. You may pay your reservation fee using PayPal.
