Breathe. Just Breathe. Connect with God and YOURSELF!
Your well-being is paramount, too! Let God be your rock.
Read a reassuring scripture like Psalm 27:1 - The LORD is my light and my salvation--
whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life.
And try to take today just one breath at a time.

Check-in with Your Neighbors
Put a fun note in their mailbox to say "Hi," or start a conversation from a safe distance. How are they doing?  You could also shovel their driveway, deliver dinner/a treat, or offer to help with yard work.

Window/Sidewalk Art & Yard Signs - encourage the neighborhood!
